DUNE is the best of Paris bistronomy without pretension.

One of our favourite places to eat and drink, where one is welcome to prop up the bar until 2am five nights a week or stop by for a casual prix-fixte lunch.

There are more than 80 wines on the list, curated with extreme rigour. The focus here is on good affordable drinking, with plenty of natural, biodynamic and traditional wines on offer from Italy, France, America, Morocco, Australia and more. Many of which cost less than 25€ per bottle.

In the summer of 2015 Seattle-native Evan Leichtling took over the stoves, having served at Bones, Akelarre and Lark. His take on modern-American fused with the freshest French produce makes for sophisticated comfort food.

The housemade pork rillettes are not to be missed if on the menu, served with crisp pickled vegetables it makes for the perfect fat-to-acid balance. We love the pulled pork sandwich when it makes an appearance at lunch, just as much as we do the more fancy stuffed half-pigeon.
