Stolly’s is a tiny dive bar in the heart of Le Marais, serving up pints and cocktails to a mainly anglo crowd since 1991.
Part of the Cheap Blonde crew (Bottle Shop, Lizard Lounge), it sells pints of its signature beer for €5 all night long, with cocktails at €8.
It’s generally rock’n’roll on the stereo, a welcome respite from the tourists brasseries and shoe shops that line the neighbouring section of Rue de Rivoli.
But no matter what the music, it is generally always thronged with bright young Parisians taking advantage of the pitch-perfect prices in the centre of Paris.
Impress fellow hipsters: happy hour is 5 – 8pm, with seriously cheap (and well made) cocktails and €12 pitchers of cheap blonde beer.
