Higuma is a no-frills no-fuss address to get a cheap enormous bowl of Ramen.
An open kitchen is full of flames, Japanese themed shouting and general chaos. You often get your main before your entrée and risk a reasonable wait despite the expansive three dining areas.
But if you are cold or hungover, they do a damn good Ramen (Lamen en Français) for under €7, just a stones throw away from pricey Rue Saint-Honoré.
Impress fellow hipsters: by not ever consuming sauce soya sucré ever again. No self respecting lover of Japanese cuisine would sully any part of a meal with such a bourgeois condiment, no matter how French they are.
