No fuss Italian diner, churning out woodfired Pizza and a short selection of Antipasti.
The menu is charmingly unambitious with alarmingly modest prices to match. It’s not Paris’s best pizza, but it makes for an affordable convivial night out with friends.
The wines are cheap (€13 for a bottle of Rosato), the beers are cheap and everything is Italian. From the flour used in the pizza bases to the smoked mozzarella or the house made tiramisu.
The no reservations policy makes it simple to snare a last minute table even on weekends, and while your waiting sneak a drink at the clandestine bar.
Impress fellow hipsters: through the refrigerator lies an excellent speakeasy, Moonshiner, by the team behind UFO, Dirty Dick and Kremlin. The spacious Deco themed bar houses a fumoir and makes a kicking Spritz for just €6.
